Finding ways to improve scientific writing and academic productivity.

Too much

Have you ever experienced saying to yourself- ” it’s too much. I’m tired.” The answer when you feel overwhelmed by what you have to do is simple.

Think about an essential thing in your life. Most of us think about family, a special friend, meaning it involves our relationships, instead of our responsibilities.

If we fail our relationships, we’re likely to arrive at a point where we said “yes” too often, and eventually, fail our responsibilities because it becomes “too much.”

We can recover the power of doing nothing as a way to clear our mind, wonder, dream, and rest the brain to regain focus. A clearer mind knows the things which bring higher value to her life. This clarity helps to say yes and no to avoid reaching again at too much.
