Finding ways to improve scientific writing and academic productivity.

When was the last time you rest? I mean, really rest? What does it take to make a stand and rest?

Creativity and willingness to lose.

The only thing we miss without resting is life itself. The world moves fast and we feel the need to keep up, but what if I told we’re mistaken?

If the group of people who value rest grows, instead of losing time, we’ll gain it because every minute spent resting, is a minute of greater attention, focus and creativity.

It all comes down to what you value. Apparently, you lose time, but when you choose life, the only you lose is the chance to die sooner.
