What do we really ”have”? Nothing but the present. If you cannot find happiness in the present moment, you’re ceaselessly searching in everything at your reach and experience the insatiable feeling of emptiness. Like something is missing and you don’t know what it is.

The uncertainty comes from the fear of losing what you have which makes you happy. Health, friends, goods, a house, a car, a job. But when you get sick, and friends forget you, money is not enough, your house needs repairs, your car is broken, and even if you have a job, but you don’t feel realized. What do you have?

Time is all you have. It’s free. It’s yours. But not any time. The past is gone and the future is yet to come.

You have only the present.

This moment.

Now.

Experiencing the present with intensity in its fullness is the best source of happiness.

It’s the only one you don’t lose. Only waste. but you can choose. Choose wisely. Cherish the present and take good care of it to make happiness a reality in your life and a testimony to others.
