Finding ways to improve scientific writing and academic productivity.

What is it? An unpleasant feeling? The absence of meaning? Or something else entirely?

I was reading Mark Hawkins book on “The Power of Boredom,” a topic I’m researching and learning more. The association between boredom and nothingness was evident, but if we relate boredom with creativity as well may it is a special kind of nothingness.

Boredom is the kind of nothingness, which is the prelude of opportunity.

The opportunity of being together with your most profound and hidden thoughts, connecting them in new and unexpected ways. The opportunity to blossom new insights from the void of having nothing to do.
