This past Sunday I deactivated my Facebook and Twitter accounts, the only social media platforms I interacted with. Why? I decided to regain control over one of our most precious possessions – Minutes of Life.

Why should we spend minutes of our life looking at pictures of our friends instead of spending those minutes with friends?

Why should we spend minutes of our life searching for the next exciting video instead of spending those minutes with talks we can learn from?

Why should we spend minutes of our life checking Likes in our photos or social media posts instead of spending those minutes with meaningful learning?

When we regain minutes of our life previously spent on social media drifting, we restore the awareness of how much we can achieve if we spend them on meaningful things which bring value, depth and learning capital to our lives.

The choice is yours.

Wipe or swipe.

The stake is high.

Minutes of your life.
