Finding surprise
Being mindful means paying attention to new things and enjoy the present moment while doing it. It is likely to be the best way to find surprises in life.

We often complain about the lack of time for the things that matter, but easily lose time with things which bring low value to our lives.
Paying attention to new things can be as simple as noticing our surroundings in the midst of boredom. Learning is not only about knowledge, but a lot more about observation.
Those who invest in training their observation skill, eventually become surprised about something odd and intriguing. Often those are the insight moments which trigger revolutions.
