Finding ways to improve scientific writing and academic productivity.

Daily Review

We arrive home and want to stop and rest. Resonates? But, today, I learned something different. A way of stopping after work is doing a daily review.

The reason for the daily review was this post.

Stopping means doing nothing, literally, and let your mind wander. My immediate thought was – ” what have I learned today?” And while doing it, I realized the value of doing a daily review.

Besides, doing such a review can help you improve tomorrow’s daily planning and, eventually, correct what led you to procrastinate and improve the alignment between what you do and what you value.

What is your experience?

Have you ever tried doing a daily review?
