Break the chain
Yesterday, for the first time in more than 250 daily posts, I broke the chain and didn’t write. Have I failed? Yes and no.
I decided to write every day something I learned, which is the reason for this blog on Daily Learning. But yesterday I did a different experiment. I broke the chain and why?
I paused.
Pausing is living the chain in a different way.
It’s breathing and regain strength. It’s giving time to stop and relax. A moment to read, instead of writing. A moment dedicated to your family and friends.
Do you experience moments of pause in your rhythms?
What have these pauses done to you? Anything positive?
