Beating procrastination is not easy, but possible and ridiculously simple.

We are creatures of habits and if we want to beat procrastination, creating a habit is a powerful and effective choice. The problem is the reply I hear more often – ” I don’t have time.”

Time is not a problem if you of it as an assembly of tiny bits.

What is tiny for you? One minute? Five minutes? It doesn’t matter, but if you follow Instagram’s co-founder Kevin Systrom, five minutes of deep work is enough to beat procrastination.

It could be five, ten, three minutes as as it’s above zero and of deep work without the slightest distraction.

We live in the age of of self-experimentation. Thus, you’ll know when you’ll try.
